As part of the Design and Insights team at Beats & Bytes, you will be on the forefront of shaping the experience of UMG's direct-to-consumer (D2C) business and GenAI endeavours, with a focus on UX and Imagery. With a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship, strategic product thinking, and an iterative, curious mindset, you will tackle and solve challenges within the ever-changing landscape of music and technology. You will influence products that impact not only internal colleagues, but also millions of fans around the world.

What you’ll be doing:
- Innovate design workflows: Implement new GenAI tools (e.g., Figma Make) to shift from manual execution to faster, bolder AI-assisted creation
- High-fidelity production: Act as a primary 'AI-Producer,' generating premium image and video content for D2C brands and artist campaigns
- Prompting & curation: Master prompting for consistent styles and refine raw outputs into production-ready assets; assist in developing in-house tooling
- Rapid UX visualization: Accelerate product design by instantly visualizing abstract concepts and storyboards to align stakeholders early
- Knowledge sharing: Stay ahead of AI trends and share new techniques to constantly level up the wider design team’s capabilities

- You're actively enrolled as a student in an academic program in the fields of human computer interactions, product design and technology

- Advanced prompting: You translate abstract concepts into precise prompts, iterating quickly to match specific styles, moods, and brand guidelines
- Curator’s eye: You bridge the gap between raw AI output and professional production, spotting errors and refining assets for high-end use
- Hybrid workflow mastery: You seamlessly combine AI tools with Figma and Adobe CC to accelerate ideation and asset creation
- You are proficient in English (C1), German is a plus
