Here’s your chance to learn and shape our future together with us! We’re looking for a Working Student (all genders) to become part of our Design & Research Team within Beats & Bytes at our Headquarters in Berlin.

 

Your opportunities and take aways:

  • You will work closely with your colleagues from design and research to support them in their cross-disciplinary collaboration with product, engineering and marketing
  • Support them throughout the whole user centered design process: From analyzing the underlying jobs-to-be-done of the different user types to defining the best possible solutions for them, while ensuring the overall user experience and the definition of the look and feel of various products
  • Preparation, realization and evaluation of co-creation workshops with product teams, stakeholders and users
  • Desktop research for design, research and design ops topics and tools
  • Support evangelizing design and research topics through preparation of communication materials, e.g. visualization of UX processes, methods and insights
  • You contribute to the creation and upkeep of our design systems, UI pattern libraries, and style guides

 

Your skills:

  • You are enthusiastic about product design, are interested in current trends, and can demonstrate structured and conceptual thinking as well as a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • You are skilled at using pre-visualization, prototyping (e.g., XD, Figma) and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Mural)
  • You work well with others. You are willing to collaborate and communicate with various diverse teams throughout the company
  • You are proficient in English and ideally German
